Goodday is operated by Lalor Labs, trading as Goodday ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use Goodday, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into them (or have authority to bind your organisation).

Goodday is a wellbeing self-reflection tool. You log how you spend your time, and the app scores your day against population-level research and offers evidence-informed suggestions. Goodday is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse Goodday. That includes:

• Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spam-related;
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property rights;
• Interfering with the security or operation of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service;
• Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits.

We retain all ownership of Goodday and its intellectual property, including the software, scoring approach, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process the content you log solely to provide the service to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Membership renews automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access until the paid time you have already paid for runs out.

We work hard to keep Goodday available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your logged data may be deleted after a reasonable window; you can ask us for an export before then via the contact page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
