Mental health app · mood tracker
A wellbeing app for anxious, low-battery days.
Anxiety rarely has one cause, but the shape of your day matters. Goodday tracks your hours, including sleep, scores them against wellbeing research, and shows you which habits tend to steady you and which tend to wind you up.
Sleep, scored first
Short sleep and anxious days often travel together. Goodday rewards 7–9 hours and shows you when you're running short.
Screens and scrolling
Late-night screens and doomscrolling news cost points once you're past a small daily allowance, so you can see the trade-off.
Movement, daylight, nature
Exercise, morning light and time outdoors are among the best-supported mood lifters. They score highest in the app.
Patterns over time
Trends and the AI coach point out what changed this week, like more sleep or less scrolling, and suggest one small swap for tomorrow.
Goodday is not medical care
If you're struggling, speak to your GP. In Ireland you can call Samaritans free on 116 123 or text HELLO to 50808. In the UK, call Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258. In an emergency, call 112 or 999.
Questions
- Is Goodday a treatment for anxiety?
- No. Goodday is a self-reflection tool. It can help you notice patterns, but it does not diagnose or treat anxiety or any other condition. If anxiety is affecting your daily life, talk to your GP or a mental health professional.
- How is Goodday different from a mood tracker app?
- Most mood trackers ask how you feel. Goodday looks at what you did — sleep, exercise, time outdoors, time with people, scrolling — and scores it against published research, so you can see which habits tend to lift or drain you.
- Does it cost anything?
- You can create an account and start logging your day for free.
