Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Goodday membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us through the contact page and we'll help.

You can also cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling stops future payments — you keep access until the paid time you've already paid for runs out. Paddle's own refund handling is described in their refund policy.
